The CSR/Counter supports take-out and delivery service by answering telephone calls, taking and entering orders, preparing pizza boxes, handling cash and credit-card transactions, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and assisting customers and new employees. The role requires secondary education, entry-level experience, at least 16 years of age, strong communication and organization skills, basic computer and money-handling ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
