Description
The Customer Service Representative will process insurance policy changes, cancellations, service requests, policy lapses, and client billing questions; issue insurance ID cards; document client and carrier communications; and support Account Managers and Assistant Account Managers. The role requires at least one year of customer service experience, a high school degree or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a professional office environment. Compensation is $17.29 to $21.62 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), student loan paydown, and paid sick and vacation benefits.
