The ICEE Company is hiring an onsite Customer Service Representative at its corporate headquarters in La Vergne, Tennessee, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The role handles customer service calls and emails, schedules and completes service calls, updates customer portals, submits repair quotes, and performs data-entry and other assigned tasks. Candidates need at least one to two years of customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. The position pays $19.50 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
