Molex is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Tamsui District, New Taipei to manage customer orders, delivery commitments, VMI inventory, billing disputes, supply constraints, EDI support, and customer relationships. The role coordinates with sales, supply chain, logistics, plant, finance, and other internal teams and requires a bachelor’s degree or higher, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and English proficiency; electronics industry experience is preferred.
