Molex is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Xindian District, New Taipei to support Sales Account Managers and customers with quotations, order and return status, complaints, requests, SAP data accuracy, customer programs, intercompany coordination, portal updates, and order, RMA, and forecast reporting. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency with an emphasis on Excel, and at least three years of experience in a customer-facing service role; a BA/BS is preferred.
