Description
L&M Corrugated is hiring an in-office Customer Service Representative for a Monday-Friday schedule at $22-$25 per hour. The role manages customer accounts and orders, coordinates with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production teams, processes order changes and requests, communicates order status, resolves customer concerns, maintains customer records, and supports continuous improvement. Customer service, account management, administrative, or office experience is preferred, while manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus; strong communication, organization, multitasking, teamwork, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency are also required.
