The Industrial Equipment Parts Specialist sources, orders, and supplies replacement parts for mobile cranes and construction equipment for internal and external customers. The role manages parts orders, sales, service, procurement, back orders, returns, customer and supplier communications, billing, safety compliance, and business-development opportunities. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of industry-related experience, knowledge of crane and construction equipment, customer service, parts procurement, industrial equipment repairs, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems, with a base pay of $22 to $24 per hour and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits.
