Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority is hiring an entry-level, part-time Customer Service Representative at McGhee Tyson Airport in Alcoa, Tennessee. The fully on-site role averages 24–28 hours per week on a Friday-through-Monday schedule and pays $15 per hour with no benefits. Duties include assisting passengers with wheelchair and cart transportation, answering airport-service questions, staffing the information booth, responding to customer service calls, supporting public-relations events and logistics, and maintaining clean equipment.
