Description
The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat; diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues; guide customers through resolutions; escalate complex problems; document interactions; assist with onboarding and training; and provide feedback to product development. The role requires strong technical aptitude, customer service experience, communication skills, organizational ability, customer support software proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
