Norfolk County is hiring three casual Customer Service Representatives for its Corporate Services Customer Service and Communications department. The role provides municipal customer service across multiple county locations, handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person; processing property taxes, licenses, permits, fees, fines, and point-of-sale transactions; supporting records management and administrative functions; routing complex issues; and operating front-counter facilities. Candidates need a two-year diploma in public administration, business, office administration, or a related field, at least two years of current related customer service experience, strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities, cash-handling and accounting knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, a valid Ontario driver’s licence, and access to a reliable vehicle. The position pays $28.59 per hour and requires flexibility for varying shifts, including weekends.
