Description
One Button Phone is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Oberthulba for 25 hours per week, working 09:00–14:00 or 09:00–15:00 on alternating days. The role provides phone and written customer support, handles emails, complaints, returns, incoming returns, replacement devices, packing and shipping, customer data, and coordination with logistics and technical teams. Candidates need friendly communication, good German, independent and careful work habits, team spirit, and basic PC skills; customer service experience is an advantage but not required. The position offers onboarding, training, varied tasks, and long-term development opportunities.
