Pacific Coast Producers is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative at its corporate headquarters in Lodi, California. The role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor and performs administrative and clerical duties to support the department and the organization. Candidates need at least two years of administrative office experience, preferably in distribution or inventory, along with MS Word and Excel proficiency, strong communication and accuracy, relationship-building, issue-resolution, and limited-supervision capabilities. The position pays $19–$21 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, life and disability insurance, and other benefits.
