Description
The Customer Service Representative will provide superior service to customers by responding to inquiries about product availability, pricing, freight rates, allocations, delivery dates, orders, and billing adjustments. The role processes and tracks orders through scheduling, coordinates with sales, design, production, and other internal departments, resolves customer complaints, maintains customer files, and manages inventory and just-in-time schedules. The position requires a high school diploma equivalent, two years of customer service experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; an associate degree or business coursework is preferred. Compensation is $46,000 to $69,000, with annual bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
