PLS is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Houston, Texas location at 14002 Bammel North Rd. The role is the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, educating customers on financial products and services, processing transactions accurately through a point-of-sale system, maintaining cash drawer balance, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, flexibility with hours, and English fluency; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
