The role provides customer support for internal and external clients, handles job and quote inquiries, manages quote approvals, and coordinates with production, shipping, warehouse, and carrier teams to resolve shipment delays. The position requires a high school diploma, at least three years of related customer service, sales, or related experience, and knowledge of aviation MRO processes; a business-related college degree is preferred.
