Description
Proforto is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide customer support by phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media; advise customers on workwear products and services; answer questions quickly and professionally; and coordinate with colleagues. The role requires at least 32 hours per week, occasional late shifts, and one Saturday per month, with office work in Nijmegen and occasional work from home. The salary is €2,600–€3,500 per month, with travel expense reimbursement and other benefits.
