Description
AZL is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve pension customers in Heerlen, starting November 2, 2026. The role involves answering questions, explaining numerical and technical information, identifying service bottlenecks, escalating issues, and suggesting process improvements. It is a 32-hour-per-week part-time position with hybrid working possible, a six-month secondment, and the option to be taken on permanently. The position requires MBO level 4 working and thinking ability, several years of customer-contact experience, strong Dutch communication skills, empathy, and technical affinity. Compensation is €2,600–€3,300 based on 40 hours, with a year-end bonus and holiday allowance.
