Regal Plastic is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Evansdale branch to support existing business accounts with quotes, bids, and order follow-ups; answer and resolve customer calls and emails; enter orders and track shipments; and partner with sales and management on new opportunities. The role follows a Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule and offers starting pay of $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, 401(k) matching, paid time off, paid holidays, and plastics-industry training. Applicants should be excellent communicators, organized multitaskers, team-focused, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
