STMicroelectronics is hiring a Customer Service and Order Management Specialist for its EMEA Integrated Business Management and Sales Operations organization, serving the Industrial and Personal Electronics customer cluster. The role manages customer orders from entry through delivery, serves as a primary customer contact, coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Quality, monitors order execution, resolves customer issues, and contributes to process improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably 1–2 years of customer service, order management, or planning experience, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, strong English communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The expected gross annual salary is €35,000–€45,000 RAL plus variable pay.
