The Benefit Clerk handles 30–40 inbound calls per day, explains and interprets company insurance and benefits programs, records employee enrollments, assesses program utilization, and identifies changes needed in program design and administrative procedures. The role is a fully onsite contract position in Louisville, Kentucky, paying $19.00 per hour, with benefits potentially available depending on eligibility and employment length.
