TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Care Representative for a fully onsite contract role in Toano, Virginia. The position supports a busy holiday season by handling inbound calls, emails, and voicemails; answering product and order questions; tracking shipments; resolving customer concerns; processing orders; updating customer accounts; and documenting interactions. The role requires at least two years of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for Black Friday. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with pay of $18.00–$19.00 per hour and potential sales and end-of-season bonuses.
