Description
This contract DME billing and customer-service role is based in Evansville, Indiana and involves handling inbound and outbound calls, processing DME orders, entering and reviewing EMR documentation, verifying insurance carriers and authorizations, contacting patients about referral requirements, and resolving customer complaints. The position is fully onsite, pays $19.00–$21.00 per hour, and may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, HSA, transportation, and leave benefits.
