The role supports patients and customers with home medical supply needs by answering phone calls, assessing needs, recommending products, educating customers, processing orders, entering data, maintaining records, and collaborating with team members. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service or customer support experience, computer-system experience, strong communication and attention-to-detail skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
