Description
The Customer Service Representative will triage and resolve customer inquiries from store managers, distributors, customers, and store owners; research root causes; maintain customer accounts and interaction details in a CRM; provide back-office support for sales, ordering, invoicing, shipping, and warranties; and report service trends and exceptions. The role is a contract-to-hire, hybrid position based in Urbandale, Iowa, with pay of $20.00–$21.00 per hour and potential medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
