Tempo-Team is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide inbound and outbound customer service for private and business customers in the Eindhoven region. The role involves answering phone and email questions, following up on cases, analyzing customer needs, entering customer details and appointments into computer systems, and identifying service improvements. Candidates need strong Dutch and English communication skills, availability for 24 to 40 hours per week, and experience with digital customer systems. Compensation is €15.50 to €18.50 gross per hour, with free online training and team-based work.
