GetWireless is hiring an on-site Customer Experience Representative in Eden Prairie to manage sales orders, enter orders accurately, support customers by phone and email, handle inbound calls, assist with account and credit issues, coordinate with supply chain and shipping, and maintain customer relationships. The role also supports regional sales and inside sales representatives with light sales duties and CRM-based forecasting and reporting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing/sales, or an associate degree with five years of relevant experience, along with at least two years of customer service experience with a technical product line, networking knowledge, CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000, with medical, dental, vision, prescription, 401K, and tuition subsidy benefits.
