ThompsonGas is hiring an onsite Customer Service Representative to support customer retention, new customer acquisition, and customer support. The role handles inbound and outbound sales and service calls, pricing and billing inquiries, account setup, order-status updates, collections, data entry in CARGAS and MPX systems, walk-in billing, and driver paperwork. Candidates need a degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of customer service experience, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work overtime during the busy season.
