Uproot Clean is hiring a fully remote, full-time Customer Service Representative to manage high-volume customer interactions across email, support platforms, social media, orders, refunds, and exchanges. The role requires clear written English communication, attention to detail, multitasking, independent remote work, and the ability to resolve complaints and escalate patterns to internal teams. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, with paid time off and flex days.
