ViaPlus by VINCI Highways is hiring an entry-level, full-time Customer Service Representative for its onsite Anaheim, California operation. The role handles more than 100 routine and non-routine customer calls daily, provides face-to-face service to walk-in customers, explains products and services, updates customer accounts, resolves service problems, and maintains productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-service ability, computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work Monday through Friday during the stated 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. schedule; Spanish bilingual ability and prior customer service experience are preferred.
