ALLRED is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Auburn, Washington to support HVAC customers, technicians, and field operations. The role coordinates technician dispatching and service schedules, schedules repair and maintenance appointments, tracks OEM parts, arranges job-site deliveries, maintains the membership database, enters service updates, and communicates with customers and team members. The position pays $18 to $25 per hour, includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, and requires rotating Saturday shifts. Applicants need 1 to 2 years of call center or customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and availability for the rotating schedule; HVAC experience is preferred and ServiceTitan familiarity is a bonus.
