ANWB is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Assen to support stranded ANWB members in the Netherlands. The role involves answering emergency calls, identifying vehicle problems, dispatching recovery services, arranging replacement cars or transport, and keeping travelers informed. The position requires flexible availability for at least 20 hours per week across rotating day, evening, and night shifts, with an initial office-based training and onboarding period followed by possible 50% work-from-home availability. The salary is €16.50 gross per hour, with shift premiums, travel reimbursement, internet and work-from-home allowances, a year-end bonus, paid training, and career advancement opportunities.
