The Customer Service Representative will provide listening, problem-solving, and administrative support to customers in Sofia, contribute to a positive team atmosphere, share knowledge, and celebrate milestones. The role is available in a full-time, part-time daytime, or temporary full-time arrangement, with an option to work fully remotely from Bulgaria. Candidates must have secondary education, an MBO-level work and thinking ability, perfect Dutch speaking and writing skills, and availability for at least six months. The position offers a gross salary of up to €1,997 per month, with a stated range of €1,546 to €1,997, plus arrival support, accommodation assistance, and team benefits.
