Description
The Customer Service Representative will answer customer questions through various channels, create positive customer experiences, advise customers about services from leading global companies, and participate in team activities in Porto. The role requires excellent Dutch or Flemish communication, a good command of English, secondary education or an MBO diploma, and availability for at least six to twelve months. The employer offers accommodation, training, flight reimbursement, and a gross monthly salary of €1,384.82 to €1,584.82 for employees arranging their own accommodation.
