Description
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering questions by phone, email, and social media; providing solutions; collaborating with international colleagues; improving processes; and entering administrative data. The role is based in Thessaloniki, offers a gross monthly salary of €1,300–€1,500 plus two bonus months, a paid flight and airport transfer, four weeks of free hotel accommodation, and assistance with housing and administration. It is a full-time, entry-level, temporary position requiring fluent Dutch or Flemish and English, computer skills, shift flexibility, and availability for at least twelve months.
