Description
ANWB The Hague is hiring Customer Service Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for members, answering questions, providing information, advising on products and services, and resolving problems. The role is available for 20–40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday and alternating-Saturday schedule, partly from home and partly in the office. Candidates need at least MBO 4 work and thinking level, excellent Dutch communication skills, and willingness to obtain Wft Basic and Personal Non-Life Insurance certificates; customer-contact experience is preferred but not required. The gross hourly wage is €18.52, increasing to €19.09 after obtaining the WFT Non-Life Insurance certificate, with additional bonuses and benefits.
