Customer Service Representative - Brampton at Making Waves

Making Waves is hiring an entry-level, hourly part-time Customer Service Representative to support its swim school. The role involves greeting families, giving tours, booking classes, processing payments, managing registrations and accounts, answering calls and emails, resolving issues, helping families choose swim programs, and maintaining a clean facility. The position requires at least two shifts per week, offers flexible scheduling, and pays $18.75-$19.50 per hour.
