Creditech is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for its Collections team in Bangor, Pennsylvania. The role manages collection accounts, handles inbound and outbound customer communications, maintains account records, and supports training and team operations. The position is on-site during training and then follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with a hybrid office/remote schedule available after training. Compensation is $17.48 per hour plus monthly incentive opportunities, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, retirement benefits, wellness programs, and other employee benefits.
