AssistRx is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as the first point of contact for patients, medical professionals, and family members, assessing needs, prioritizing requests, triaging calls, enrolling new customers, recording activities in a patient database, and following up with physicians’ offices, pharmacies, and other external entities to secure patient services. The role is onsite in Overland Park, Kansas with possible hybrid or remote work after requirements are met, pays $19.00-$21.00 per hour, offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
