Description
TE Certified is hiring a Customer Service and Dispatch Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule service, maintenance, inspection, and installation appointments, route customer information, follow up on estimates and renewals, coordinate with technicians, monitor installation progress, resolve scheduling issues, and maintain customer records. The role requires weekend and evening availability, strong communication and organizational skills, computer and CRM proficiency, and preferably at least two years of customer service experience.
