Customer Service Representative - Dispatch HVAC at Rocket Cooling

Rocket Cooling is hiring an in-person Customer Service Representative – HVAC to support daily operations in Key Largo and Tavernier, Florida. The role handles inbound customer calls, schedules and dispatches technicians, monitors service and installation schedules, orders and tracks parts, coordinates with technicians, maintains ServiceTitan records, assists with warranty processing, and follows up with customers. The position requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and follow-through; HVAC, plumbing, skilled trades, ServiceTitan, parts ordering, or warranty experience is preferred. Compensation is competitive hourly pay with performance-based incentives, a 401(k) match, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
