Circle Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Representative, also described as an Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role coordinates day-to-day shipments, enters load orders, tracks drivers and freight, monitors delivery times, maintains shipment documentation, and resolves customer concerns. No prior logistics experience is required because hands-on training is provided, but 1–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch, or logistics is preferred.
