Catawiki is hiring an Interim fixed-term 7-month CS International Representative to support buyers and sellers on a global marketplace. The role handles customer queries across chat, email, phone, and social media; mediates disputes between sellers and buyers; and collaborates with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve customer experience. The position is based in Lisbon, requires French and English communication, and involves office work at least two days per week, with possible weekend and public-holiday flexibility. The contract starts in November 2026 and may be extended, with a base salary of 18,000–23,000 EUR and health insurance including dental coverage.
