Catawiki is hiring an Interim Customer Service Representative for a fixed-term 7-month contract starting November 2026, with possible extension. The role handles customer queries and disputes across chat, email, phone, and social media; mediates seller-buyer conflicts; and collaborates with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve customer experience. The position is based in Lisbon, requires German and English communication skills, at least 1 to 4 years of Customer Service or Content Moderation experience, and a hybrid schedule with at least two office days per week. Compensation is an annual gross base salary of 18,000€ to 23,000€, with health insurance, dental coverage, a work-from-home allowance, and covered commuting.
