Customer Service Representative - Hawera at Fletcher Building

Fletcher Building is hiring a permanent full-time Customer Service Representative in Hawera, Taranaki, reporting to the Branch Manager. The role primarily serves trades, businesses, and homeowners at the Trade Counter while also supporting stock counts, shelf replenishment, deliveries, inventory management, inwards goods, and general branch duties. It requires customer service or retail sales experience, physical fitness for manual handling, a full clean New Zealand driver licence, strong interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
