Alaska Marine Trucking is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Haines, Alaska to support local freight distribution, including customer inquiries about rates, routing, packing, and interline transportation; barge and cargo inspection; bill-of-lading processing; document entry; and customer billing. The role requires a high school education or GED, at least two years of related experience, TWIC eligibility, flexible scheduling, physical presence, and the ability to perform outdoor and warehouse duties.
