NexOne is hiring a full-time bilingual customer service and inside sales representative to work on-site in Saint-Hubert, Quebec. The role handles customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat; documents and routes support requests; creates self-help content; assists brokers with solutions; develops new business and manages renewals; promotes training; and analyzes customer needs to propose complementary solutions. Candidates should have French and English communication skills, customer support experience, sales and cross-selling ability, and strong prioritization skills. The position pays CAD $23 to CAD $26 per hour plus commissions and can start as soon as the candidate is ready.
