Catawiki is hiring an Interim fixed-term 7-month CS International Representative to support buyers and sellers by resolving customer queries, disputes, and complaints through chat, email, phone, and social media. The role requires Japanese and English communication, analytical thinking, channel flexibility, and at least 2 days per week in the Lisbon office.
