Description
LaGrange County REMC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for electricity and internet members, handling account inquiries, collections, service orders, payment calculations, and payment posting. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent and at least two years of customer service experience; an associate degree and knowledge of electricity, billing, and collections are preferred. Compensation is $20 to $24.50 per hour, with progression to $30 per hour, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
