The Customer Service Representative will process incoming customer orders, coordinate with customers, Purchasing, and Sales, advise existing and new customers, prepare service descriptions with Marketing, handle complaints, and schedule and track appointments. The role requires completed commercial vocational training, extensive customer-service or order-processing experience, MS Office proficiency, and good English; SAP or a similar CRM system is advantageous. The position offers an annual salary of €38,000–€42,000 in Bensheim.
