The role involves maintaining customer relationships, monitoring branch budgets and targets, coordinating with partners and departments, supporting agents and brokers, conducting cash counts, underwriting intake, prospecting, and delivering ethical, needs-based sales. Candidates need a Higher School Certificate or equivalent, ideally at least two years of experience with strong customer service skills, general insurance experience, computer literacy, and communication and selling abilities.
